"Pros: Excellent location of the apartment, near the metro, tram, circus, etc. There is also a private underground parking lot. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious. It is nice that there is everything you need and even more. We stayed with two children, it was convenient and comfortable."

"Cons: I didn't find the password for the Wi-Fi, there is a WiFi router, but I didn't find a sign/sticker with the password, maybe I didn't notice, but I think this should be placed on a really visible spot, like hanging in a frame in teh center of the wall. Also, the day before check-in, there was some bug between the booking.com and the owner, where I was not involved at all. My booking was fully confirmed in my account. However, the hosts were bombarding me with messages stating that "My booking is not yet confirmed in reality, since the booking price we see is too low" just one day before our arrival! I've wasted 5 hours of my time chatting with them and calling the booking.com helpline in a situation I was not in charge at all, and was unable to influence. I understand that this is an emotional factor, but the fact that the hosts try to solve their problems with booking.com involving the guests is really weird and unpleasant. Eventually, the situation was resolved though, but I was really nervous about it for many hours."

"Instructions to get keys were fine but the instructions on the property could be better. On the version I had it didn’t reference the floor or flat name. For foreign guests a version in English could be good."
